パン屋さん☆
おいしい焼きたてパンの店（オープンフレッシュベーカリー）が大好きです。
今は町のあちこちで見かけますが、私が子供の頃は全然なくて、せいぜい大手製パンメーカーのフランチャイズみたいな小さなお店（お菓子とか文房具とかも売っている）で、少し髪の寂しいご主人（←余談ですね）がレシピに忠実に生地を形成し焼き上げる…そんな感じのパン屋さんが一軒あるだけ。パンの種類も10種類あるかないかくらいでしたね。勿論、下の棚にはパンメーカーの工場で大量生産されるパンも置いてます。
ほんとにいい時代になったなぁ〜
と、つくづく感じます〜
先日、車で行ってきました。
パン好きの間ではとっても有名な
≪ﾌﾞｰﾗﾝｼﾞｭﾘｰムッシュアッシュ≫
どれも見栄えも良くおいしいのですが、今回特にヒット
だったのが『ｸﾗﾝﾍﾞﾘｰｶﾝﾊﾟｰﾆｭｻﾝﾄﾞ』です。
サンドするパンの生地にクランベリーが練りこまれてるのですが、クランベリーの甘酸っぱさがほどよく、さっぱりとしてとてもおいしいです。
